Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-09-12
At EnE Digital we process the personal data you give us for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and delivering our services. This document explains what we collect, why, for how long, and what you can ask of us at any time.
1. Data controller
- Entity: EnE Digital
- Address: Valencia, España
- Email: digitalenecontacto@gmail.com
2. What data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, the booking calendar or by email: name, company, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
In addition, our hosting provider logs technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security purposes and aggregate traffic measurement.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a commercial proposal — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Delivering and invoicing contracted services — legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) and legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
- Sending you information about our services where you have given express consent — legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.
- Keeping the website secure — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract is kept for a maximum of 12 months from last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods (up to 6 years under Spanish commercial and tax law). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data. To deliver the service we work with technology providers acting as processors under a signed GDPR art. 28 agreement:
- [WEB HOSTING PROVIDER] — site and form hosting.
- [EMAIL PROVIDER] — corporate email.
- [CALENDAR PROVIDER] — call booking.
- [AI / TELEPHONY PROVIDERS] — only within a contracted project and under the safeguards set out in the corresponding processing agreement.
6. International transfers
Wherever possible we choose providers that process data within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures where appropriate. Write to digitalenecontacto@gmail.com for the current detail.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent, at any time by writing to digitalenecontacto@gmail.com and stating the right you are exercising. We will respond within one month.
If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Third-party data
If you provide us with data about other people (for example your employees or your own clients within a project), you warrant that you are entitled to do so and have informed them of the processing. In those cases you are the controller and we act as processor, with the GDPR art. 28 agreement signed before we receive any data.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit, role-based access control, access logging, backups and prior assessment of every provider. No system is infallible, but we commit to notifying you of any breach affecting your data within the statutory deadline.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or new services. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
